North Carolina Outward Bound School’s Fellowship for BIPOC Staff is a 6-month working fellowship position for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color looking to start or further a career in the outdoor education industry. The organizational goal of the Fellowship is to increase diversity in the outdoor professional community at large by hiring staff with historically excluded identities and providing career-building employment coupled with an opportunity for relationship building with other BIPOC outdoor professionals.
